Nothing says tropical like a bright blue cocktail. This is definitely one of the easier tiki cocktails, but if you don’t have any blue curaçao, it might be time to raid your parents’ liquor cabinet. That’s what I did.
Ingredients
- 60 ml Vodka
- 15 ml Blue Curaçao
- 100 ml Lemonade
- Lemon wheel and cocktail umbrella to garnish
Method
Fill a tall glass with ice and then add the vodka and blue curaçao. Top with lemonade and garnish the drink with a lemon wheel and a cocktail umbrella.
